If the TIDE aesthetic resonates with you, but we don't offer the piece you are after, we may be able to create a custom piece for you.

Order a custom piece
Initial Enquiry
To enquire about a custom piece either email sales@tidedesign.com.au, or call 03 9543 7651.
We'll just need some preliminary details and specifications of what you are after.
Concept Phase
Once we have some preliminary details and specifications for the brief, we'll then be able to provide an estimate along with a rough sketch (if required).
Design Phase
Once an initial design concept and estimate is agreed to, we'll then require a 10% payment to complete the design phase. This will include a drawing and 2x revisions if required.
While the estimate may vary from the final quote, the deposit amount will be offset against the order.
Final Specifications and Quote
Once the design phase is complete a formal quote will be provided. Production will commence following payment of a 70% deposit.
The 10% initial payment will be deducted from this amount.
Final Invoice
An invoice for the final 30% will be issued on completion of the piece (or pieces) with the balance to be paid prior to despatch. A viewing is welcome at this stage if desired.
