How to Order

Browse the TIDE range and select the items you would like to include in a formal quote.

Enter your details and any specific requirements including any relevant details for delivery.

Following receipt of your enquiry we will review your requirements and confirm any specifics with you if necessary.

We will then send you a formal quote.

Please review the quote carefully and if you wish to proceed a 50% deposit is required to get under way.

If you are satisfied with the quote a 50% deposit is required to get under way.

Deposits are generally paid by EFT, however we can forward you an invoice for the deposit amount if you prefer to make a secure credit card payment.

Once the deposit has been received we will forward you an updated Order Confirmation showing the deposit received and the balance outstanding.

When your furniture is nearing completion we will send you an invoice for the balance outstanding.

We ask that the outstanding amount be paid prior to despatch.

Viewing of the finished piece can be arranged prior to the balance payment if desired.

We'll just need some preliminary details and specifications of what you are after.

Once we have some preliminary details and specifications for the brief, we'll then be able to provide an estimate along with a rough sketch (if required).

Once an initial design concept and estimate is agreed to, we'll then require a 10% payment to complete the design phase. This will include a drawing and 2x revisions if required.

Once the design phase is complete a formal quote will be provided and it then 70% deposit to commence production.

An invoice for the final 30% will be issued on completion of the piece (or pieces) with the balance to be paid prior to despatch. A viewing is welcome at this stage if desired.
